    As Cal’s “do-it-all guy” with 2023 Freshman All-American accolades to his name and leading receiver with 460 yards through nine games in his second season of play, tight end Jack Endries didn’t always have a love for football.     Cal football earned its first ACC win under the Friday night lights in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, against Wake Forest. The 46-36 final margin was a result of ebbs and flows, as the Bears held on tight to their lead deep in the final frame. “I’ve watched ACC football and followed the ACC Network (since I was) a little kid. At my house, we didn’t need to redownload it when we did conference realignment,” said redshirt sophomore quarterback Fernando Mendoza about his first ACC win.
