The group outlined for Southeast Politics a series of policy moves since Trump took office for his second term that have increased unemployment, made everyday goods more expensive, eroded education funding and jeopardized Social Security and Medicaid.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is investing nearly $1 million into the Georgia Democratic Party as part of a broader $15 million campaign in battleground states to coordinate campaigns and defeat what the DNC describes as “the MAGA Republican Party.”The overall effort will help open 217 field offices and staff them with more than 1,100 people in the four months leading up to the November General Election.
