    Two of the three Myrtle Beach City Council open seats have been decided as two other candidates have a runoff in two weeks. Incumbent Mike Chestnut and newcomer Debbie Conner got the most votes in Tuesday’s election. Conner was the top vote getter with 2,531 followed by Chestnut at 2,397. Incumbent John Krajc will be facing Bill McClure in a runoff on Nov. 21. Krajc got 2,051 and McClure received 2,002. The election is set to be certified at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Myrtle Beach City Hall.
