After a long, anticipated wait, Netflix has confirmed a release date for Stranger Things season five. The final season is being split into three volumes, with the first four episodes set to arrive on 26 November. The next three episodes will release on Christmas Day (25 December), while the finale arrives on 31 December. The release date confirmation was one of the many announcements to come out of the 2025 Netflix Tudum event.

BBC's new German crime drama The Black Forest Murders is available to watch on TV tonight. The four-part murder-mystery series, which was acquired by the BBC from STUDIOCANAL, has been dubbed a "gripping" watch by BBC's Head of Programme Acquisitions Sue Deek. Adapted from Walter Roth's non-fiction book SOKO Erle, the drama follows the 2016 police investigation into the murders of two young women in southern Germany.
