1 INTRODUCTION Creativity is a skill highly sought by employers across many fields,1-7 believing it will give them an advantage over their competitors.8 The education sector has acknowledged this demand, and many have incorporated it into their ethos and outcomes.3, 9-11 Contrary to its historical bias toward the arts,12-14 creativity is now recognized as an essential component of science13, 15, 16 and a necessary skill that science students need to develop.
