Next, the magnetic coupling characteristics of adjacent doped h-BN are studied. Figures 4(a)–4(c) show the spin charge density of Si–O3-doped h-BN under short range, medium range, and long range magnetic coupling, with corresponding central impurity distances of 7.79, 9.19, and 10.32 Å, respectively. First, among the three coupling forms, the medium range coupling configuration exhibits the lowest ground state energy.
