While I’m sure it’s an exercise in futility, I once again have to call @potterybarn to find out where my credit is because it’s been three more days and nothing! Yes I’ve DM the company and demanded a larger credit now for my continuing trouble with their product and service!

All I do is call shitty @potterybarn to get my refund on the bed they delivered that’s never been right for 6 months. Customer service just hangs up on you because they don’t want to deal with it. Worst company ever - I will never recommend their products to anyone!

I was hopeful we wouldn’t have all the issues from @potterybarn that I’ve read from others. Now I’m waiting on the delivery quality department after waiting months for the “custom” bed. Maybe there should be a quality department on the manufacturing floor to prevent problems? 🤔 https://t.co/yOwdNjVnCj
