The Kentucky High School Athletic Association took another small step toward drawing up new rules regarding the transfer of athletes from one school to another Wednesday at its May board of control meeting. The board authorized KHSAA staff to prepare official change proposals to its transfer bylaws for the body to review in July and potentially send on for consideration to the KHSAA’s full membership in September.
