BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Today looks to be a great weather day with low humidity and a cool start, however, there is an air quality health alert in effect for slightly unhealthy air. Surface smoke and stagnant air will combine to produce these conditions. Otherwise, today is a beauty under sunny skies, highs in the mid 90s. The moisture meter shows that we will continue to have dry weather with low humidity, until the weekend, when some moisture starts to stream back into the area.
