DiscussionWe have found that, in general, increased post-operative or peri-operative change in NLR and PLR are significant negative predictors of overall survival, cancer-specific survival and metastasis-free survival, which is in agreement with previous studies [5,6,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24] in this cohort of patients with localised small renal masses who have undergone image-guided ablation.
