Until Sunday, there were only five golfers who had won a career Grand Slam on the men’s PGA Tour. The names won’t surprise you: Gene Sarazan, Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods. It’s a list of the greatest players to ever compete on the golf course, and there’s a reason it’s such a short list—Major Championships are hard to come by. Most golfers never win one, let alone win all four in a career.

This week, Apple rolled out iOS 18.4, the latest update to the software on your iPhone. There are new emojis, improvements to RCS messaging, and several new Apple Intelligence features, but there’s one that isn’t getting nearly as much attention as I would expect, especially considering how great it is for users. Technically, it’s a feature of macOS 15.4, but if you also have an iPhone running iOS 18.4, you can now use your iPhone to set up a new Mac. The requirements are pretty simple.

While it's not clear exactly how many customers were without service, Verizon has more than 114 million customers in the U.S.The outage began mid-morning, according to the website DownDetector.com, which measures service outages based on customer reports. At one point, there were more than 100,000 reports on the site. As a Verizon customer, I can attest that it was a pain.
