    Crews have been busy renovating the Harris Sea Ranch Hotel on Hampton Beach as the oceanfront lodging landmark plans to reopen with a new owner in time for Memorial Day weekend. The hotel, located at 75 Ocean Blvd., was recently sold to Sal Lupoli, co-owner of the Hampton Beach Casino, and comes as plans are in the works to redevelop the nearby casino complex and transform the renowned seaside property into a year-round destination.
