    Porsche’s 2025 Taycan Turbo GT has established a new production-EV record at Georgia’s 2.54-mile Road Atlanta circuit, lapping in 1 minute 27.15 seconds. The time was set on May 28 by factory driver and Porsche Cars North America ambassador Patrick Long, who piloted a stock car fitted with the Weissach Package and Pirelli P Zero Trofeo RS NF0 tires developed specifically for the model.

    Porsche Penske Motorsport came within 14.084 seconds of outright victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans as the No. 6 Porsche 963 crew of Matt Campbell, Kévin Estre, and Laurens Vanthoor crossed the line second after 387 laps. Starting from the back of the Hypercar grid, the 511 kW prototype stormed through the field on lap one and spent much of the race battling for the lead in front of 332,000 fans.

    Millions are enjoying their new Switch 2 consoles this month, and on July 17 we’ll get to dive into the next Switch 2 exclusive Donkey Kong Bananza.     Porsche customer team Manthey will run a special third entry at this weekend’s 24 Hours of Le Mans to promote Brad Pitt’s upcoming film ‘F1 The Movie’. The No. 90 Porsche 911 GT3 R will carry the blue and white colours of Chip Hart Racing, the fictional outfit led by Pitt’s character in the Apple Original Films release due in cinemas on 25 June. Manthey’s usual entries—the No. 85 Iron Dames car and the No. 92 Manthey 1st Phorm entry—will compete as part of the FIA World Endurance Championship.

    Defending Carrera Cup North America champion Loek Hartog will embark on an unprecedented three-week endurance challenge this summer. Fresh off his 2024 title in Kellymoss’s Porsche 911 GT3 Cup, the 22-year-old Dutch driver will contest the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Manthey Racing (June 14–15), the Nürburgring 24 Hours with Dinamic GT (June 21–22) and the Spa 24 Hours with Rutronik Racing (June 28–29).
