Colliers industrial brokers Drake Scott, Dillon Swayngim and Brockton Hall represented the landlord, Parliament, in the lease of ±78,000 square feet of industrial space at 6997 Pelham Road to Infintium Fuel Cell Systems, bringing the building to full occupancy, according to a news release.

A Georgia construction company has acquired the assets of Greenville-based O’Neal Inc. Engineering. Carroll Daniel Construction Co. has acquired O’Neal, and the business units of O’Neal Inc. will combine with Carroll Daniel’s existing in-house Engineering and Architecture groups, which will operate as Carroll Daniel Engineering going forward, according to a news release.
