HOPKINTON — Republican Michael Geary will retain his leadership position as Hopkinton Town Council President and will be joined in the coming term by fellow Republican Robert Burns, who will step up to take on the role of vice president in the coming term. Geary, Burns and Democrat Sharon Davis were all sworn in again this week as they return to the council, and they are now joined by Republicans Edwin James and Jasmin Roy, who outpolled existing Republican Scott Bill Hirst to earn seats.
