3.2. Physicochemical and Electrical Characterization of the Thin FilmsElectrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements are commonly used for the electrical characterization of both homogeneous and non-homogeneous materials. This is achieved by analyzing the Nyquist plots, which show the relationship between the real (Zreal) and imaginary (Zimg) parts of the impedance data. These parameters are directly related to the electrical resistance and capacitance of the samples, respectively.
