QUETTA: A man allegedly addicted to drugs shot dead four members of his family in the Bhosa Mandi area on Quetta’s outskirts on Tuesday. According to police, the accused, identified as Nawab Khan, opened fire during a domestic dispute, killing his two sons — Yusuf Khan and Jumma Khan — and his daughter-in-law, Ruqya. His wife, Malaila, was critically injured and later died of wounds.

PESHAWAR: The Afghan Taliban plan to send a high-powered delegation to Pakistan, to raise concerns over what they call the forced deportation of Afghan refugees, as well as addressing issues related to bilateral and transit trade. Quoting a report from the official Bakhtar News Agency, the media department of the interim regime in Kabul said the decision to send a high-level delegation to Pakistan was taken at a meeting chaired by Acting Minister for Commerce and Trade Nuruddin Azizi.
