Plymouth Argyle are working on a deal to sign experienced midfielder Jay Fulton from Swansea City, according reports. The Pilgrims have been busy in the transfer market so far, completing the signings of Jamie Paterson, Caleb Watts, and Jack MacKenzie on free transfers.
