Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Aix-Marseille University, he teaches personal rights, contract law, intellectual property law, association law, arbitration law, business law, and sports law. He holds a Ph.D. in private law and criminal sciences and previously served as the editor-in-chief of the Bulletin d’Aix for four years. He is a member of the Economic Law Center (UR 4224) and directs the Center for Sports Law at Aix-Marseille Faculty of Law.
