Accused kidnappers William Duplessie and John Woeltz lived a party-bro lifestyle at the Soho townhouse where they allegedly tortured an Italian tourist — sometimes ordering so much fancy food they didn’t even bother to bring it inside. “Will and John would order about $1,500, $2,000 in food every day, literally from the best restaurants. They would get delivery food from Nobu, Cipriani, Blue Ribbon, you name it,” one visitor to the house told The Post Wednesday.
