Dessert items are not the first things I think of when heading to a chain grocery store for convenience shopping. However, much to my surprise, some of the sweet Trader Joe’s desserts recently were a huge hit at a post-dinner celebration. Though they were primarily purchased for the kids, the adults, including myself (I not a big sugar person), loved these items. To first set the table, dessert is a broad category.

I’m someone who still loves going to the gym, using free weights, and getting the social component to working out. But going to the gym is not always conducive to my lifestyle. In 2020, out of necessity, I began creating workouts at home with no equipment. Now, over four years later, many of these exercise ideas still hold as routines I prefer to do.

While I admit I am not an enthusiast, I do know a bad wine when I sip one. Here, I’ll guide you through two red wines under $10 that I have enjoyed. I’m speaking from the perspective of someone who enjoys wine casually and really seeks it for its companionship. In other words, my wine pours in a sitting usually don’t exceed two glasses. Smaller sips that nurse the glass over the course of an hour or two.
