The five-bedroom home was designed to connect to the desert landscape and at the same time offer shelter from the harsh climate. The house is simplistic, with the living and dining room at the centre of the two-storey house, while the rest of the rooms branch out like a pinwheel. Large sliding glass doors open out to patios, while any outdoor spaces are surrounded by vertical fins that offer protection against sandstorms and intense heat.
