FARGO — The University of Houston is doing more than preparing for its Final Four NCAA basketball tournament appearance this week. The Cougars are also in the mix in recruiting Jacari White. It ended NDSU’s season at 21-12 in the latest game played, March 31, in program history.

The regular season and Summit League tournament wasn’t the ending she envisioned. It’s also what has made the Women’s National Invitational Tournament so rewarding. NDSU’s career leader in games played has made the most of a second life. “Just taking this opportunity to keep playing and embracing that,” Schulte said.
