Well, we survived another winter, and, based on informal polling of random denizens of our music scene, it was a tough one for many. Frigid temps mirrored a general coldness. With culture under attack through federal measures that seem more cruel than cost effective, a lot of us have been scratching our heads wondering what could become of the arts scene that feeds us and makes living in the Buffalo area so appealing. In one area, however, we can cut through the confusion toward purposeful action.
