High pressure has been good to us in recent days, Highs pop the 70's today and overnights in the upper 30's to 40's. With warmth building and massive sunshine today and into tomorrow, we will head toward 80 degrees for 5/3. Dry and warmer temps for the rest of the week Frost advisory for a good portion of the Snake River Plain and desert areas continuing untill 8am today. We start with upper 30's, then I'm tracking temperatures to the low 70's today. Sky cover is clear and we have some Idaho breezes 10-15mph. Mid 70's into Friday with sunny skies and close to 80 by Saturday with chances of showers/storms for the evening. Partly sunny Sunday and cooler with a chance of storms after church and 73.

Cold and wet start to Monday Low over northern Utah spins back showers mixed with snow and rain for the upper highlands. It will drift south and put us at 50% chance of showers today into the day. Highs will push to near 60 and winds shift from the north to southwest 10-20+. We take a break Tuesday and get more showers in for Wednesday with a slight dip in temps, then a major warm up to the 70's and even upper 70's for Pocatello by week's end.

Cloudy with showers and storms moving in Increasing cloud for us tonight with lows in the 40s. With the area of low pressure wobbling from the south, winds change up with gusts to 20+, becoming southerly. Sunday morning is mainly cloudy with 50% chances of showers into the day. SW winds 10-20+. The eastern highlands may experience some more storms like we've had this week, with a very confused weather drop of rain/hail/snow and thunder. Highs warm to the 60's.
