Jason Segel’s 2008 film Forgetting Sarah Marshall started with one of the most surprising “got ya” moments in a comedy film. While Segel's character, Peter, is wearing just a towel after a shower, he drops it after getting dumped by his girlfriend, Sarah (Kristen Bell), for a full-frontal view of the actor. It was a bold moment in the movie, and to this day, fans of the film almost certainly still reference it when the movie is mentioned.

The box office surge made by Ryan Coogler’s Sinners through the opening weekend now looks to continue its hot start right into the second weekend. Earning $45.6 million on opening weekend, Sinners ranked No. 1 at the box office and the strong reviews continue to pour in. Coogler, who directed Fruitvale Station (2013), Creed (2015), Black Panther (2018), Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022) and now Sinners, put together an impressive cast for the film, headlined by Michael B. Jordan.
