    Demographic researchers have warned for decades about baby boomers leaving the job market, leaving an extreme amount of job vacancies for the GenX and millennials to try and replace. As the tidal wave of retiring baby boomers approaches, there will not be enough job seekers to fill their predecessor’s shoes. The same will be true for retiring business owners.

    According to court reports, AVVO, the lawyer rating website, filed a motion last week to vacate an illegal injunction that was filed by the Kelly Warner Law Firm that was intended to censor the media. As a background to the story, let’s go back to 2013 when Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader Megan Welter got into a fight with her boyfriend over a text message.  The fight ended with Welter calling the police and reporting her boyfriend for domestic violence.

    Here’s some news that will make you think twice about Cosby. A juror in the Cosby trial claims that there was only a single hold-out in the Cosby case that voted guilty, otherwise the jury would have found Cosby Not Guilty. This juror claims that he along with many other jurors found Cosby’s accuser, Andrea Constand, to be untrustworthy because she seemed “heavily coached,” and also because she wore provocative clothes to Cosby’s home before the alleged sexual assault.

    Attorney Aaron Kelly and his law partner Daniel Warner are currently under investigation by the Arizona Bar for legal misconduct.   Sources have now confirmed that the Arizona Attorney General along with the FBI are now involved in the investigation. One of the complaints that the Arizona Bar is currently investigating is that of Kelly Warner’s former client Charles Rodrick.

    Former NFL Cheerleader Megan Welter was arrested for beating up her boyfriend Ryan McMahon in 2013.  Shortly after the arrest, due to Welter’s high profile, she received a barrage of news attention around the arrest. In an attempt to remove the negative publicity Welter received on BarStool Sports, ABC 15, and dozens of other media outlets, she had a lawsuit filed by the Kelly Warner Law Office that claimed the news media had reported defamatory information about her.
