Marcel Deschamps was on the edge of despair. The factory foreman from Alexandria, Ont., a small community between Ottawa and Montreal, had lost his savings in a crypto investment scam. Radio-Canada a parlé à la dame à l’origine de cette rumeur qui a fait le tour du monde. Il y a des gens qui crient là-dedans toutes les nuits! Je l’ai entendu moi-même! La Ville essaie de le cacher! crie une dame, visiblement agitée, dans une vidéo publiée sur TikTok le 11 novembre dernier.
