Evidence is lacking on whether there were inequalities in the recovery of colorectal cancer services following the COVID-19 pandemic. This study shows a reduced recovery for patients outside the screening age and those in the most deprived socioeconomic group. Evident inequalities must be addressed in ongoing recovery efforts.
