    California Faucets has introduced the spa-inspired Rainscape Shower Collection. Four flush-mount showerheads produce distinctly different streams of water, evoking a rainforest vibe. The collection includes a 14-inch Rainshower as well as three rectangular showerheads with flow variations: the gentle, swaying stream of a Motion Showerhead; the relaxing cascade of a Waterfall Showerhead; and another Rainshower.

    HBF Textiles is presenting a new collection—Best in Show—with two new patterns (Haberdash and Perrito) and a 10th anniversary expansion of Brushed Canvas. The property is the second M Social hotel in the city following the 2021 opening of the M Social Hotel New York Times Square.

    Property-management tech company Cloudbeds has finalized a data-automation agreement with STR, a CoStar Group company. Through a data exchange from Cloudbeds to STR, users will be able to track trends in occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room and other metrics directly within their STR dashboard, facilitating data-driven decision-making. “This collaboration with STR is a gamechanger for the hospitality industry," Adam Harris, CEO of Cloudbeds, said in a statement.
