    Las Vegas (KSNV) — According to a report by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the federal government will sue a big apartment company with ties to Las Vegas. The government alleges that Greystar, with operations in Las Vegas, has collected more than $100 million in "hidden fees" from tenants in Nevada and other states. The Federal Trade Commission and Colorado Attorney Phil Weiser teamed up earlier this year, days before President Joe Biden left office, to sue the real estate giant.
