Roskilde Festival has announced 28 new artists for its 2025 line-up. Taking place in Denmark (in the city of Roskilde, funnily enough) from June 28 – July 5, the not-for-profit festival has added Nine Inch Nails, beabadoobee, NECKBREAKKER, Lola Young, Schoolboy Q and more to this year's bill. They join the previously announced Deftones, Electric Callboy, Thou and Lambrini Girls amongst a ton of other acts.

After confirming a world tour, but postponing their announcement in light of the devastating fires in California, Nine Inch Nails have now revealed their movements for 2025. The Peel It Back World Tour with begin in Dublin on June 15, and take in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, The Netherlands, Poland, France, Spain, Portugal, Canada and North America, wrapping up in LA on September 18. Tickets go on sale Weds Jan 29.

Fresh from winning their third Golden Globe last week, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have confirmed that a world tour is on the way – their first in three years. The Nine Inch Nails men have taken to social media to share that dates have started to leak about this run – which, according to Reddit, is seemingly titled the Peel It Back World Tour 2025 – but they won’t be making an official announcement right now due to the current situation in California with the devastating wildfires.

With six weeks to go until the release of their 11th album The Sky, The Earth & All Between, Architects are teasing another new track from the record. The Brighton metal titans look set to be dropping next track Blackhole this week (tomorrow, January 14, to be extra-extra precise), and just like with November’s mega Whiplash, it’s clearly going to have a biiiiiig music video, judging by the below teaser.

Ice Nine Kills have announced details of a new charity T-shirt to help raise money for those affected by the devastating California wildfires. The Boston metalcore heroes are donating 100 per cent of proceeds from their ‘HEED THE CALL FOR CALIFORNIA’ graphic top to The California Fire Foundation Wildlife & Disaster Relief Fund – a charity who work “with local fire agencies and community-based organizations to provide direct financial support to impacted residents as details of the damage emerge”.

The first wave of artists has been revealed for Transylvania’s 24-hour-a-day festival Electric Castle. Queens Of The Stone Age will headline the Banffy Castle extravaganza for their first-ever performance in Romania alongside fellow bill-topper Justin Timberlake, with the likes of Refused, The Amazons, Sisters Of Mercy, Joey Valence & Brae and more also on the 2025 line-up.

Deftones are continuing to add to their very busy calendar for 2025 with two more headline dates in England. After selling out London’s Crystal Palace Park on June 29, the Sacramento titans have revealed a couple more shows in the country: first, they’ll play The Piece Hall in Halifax on June 24, and then they’ll head down to St. Austell for a performance at The Eden Sessions two days later. Tickets for both go on sale this Friday, December 13 at 10am.
