I love seeing people praise my friends - but not because their jobs got cut in pandemic-related layoffs! :-(

One of the most brilliant, thoughtful, and kind editors/reporters I've worked with over the last decade, @kgilsinan, was a casualty of the pandemic-related layoffs at The Atlantic. She does amazing work and would be a huge asset to any media org. https://t.co/fb90YgNqmB

“What we’re looking for is individual difference in elephants—more or less, personality." (@SVenkatesh__) Really enjoyed writing this article for @SmithsonianMag's 50th anniversary issue! https://t.co/0bmNXPlQVG

I'm honored to be this editor friend. And I totally stand by this relationship advice. (Love you, @Schrumza!)
