A Dixon burglary suspect was shot in the Lowe’s parking lot Thursday after Rio Arriba County deputies spotted his vehicle. They received a description of the vehicle and followed it to Lowe’s from State Road 68, RASO Major Lorenzo Aguilar said Thursday evening. Once in the parking lot, the unnamed man exited the vehicle and began shooting at deputies, Aguilar said. Deputies returned fire and the suspect was struck.
