A MAN has been charged in connection with the alleged assault of a three-year-old toddler in a Scots play park. Police said a 31-year-old was traced, arrested and formally charged after officers received a report regarding a disturbance in Kilwinning, Ayrshire, on Tuesday. Cops said a report would be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.40pm on Tuesday, 15 April, 2025, we received a report of a disturbance in Stobbs Crescent, Kilwinning.
