Texas designer Jennifer Kizzee’s two teenage boys were ready for an updated bathroom that could grow with them into adulthood. “Besides being unappealing, the shower-tub combo lacked functionality and personality,” Kizzee says of the former space. “Additionally, there were issues with the window, ventilation and water pressure that gave us more reasons to transform it into a whole bath experience.”Kizzee ditched the shower-tub combo for a spacious new low-curb shower with a steam function.
