What if we all took advantage of this current change of seasons to freshen up the areas and spaces we inhabit? Do you have closets, garages or even drawers that could be cleaned out and reorganized? A manageable, physical space like a drawer is a great place to start to build momentum.

Daylight saving time ends officially at 2 a.m. tomorrow, Sunday, Nov. 3, and with it comes an extra hour to our morning. Considering how to use the extra time each year rarely enters my mind because the simplest routine is to stick with the existing routine — and if I happen to wake up before the alarm, then that’s even better. “Falling back” an hour provides a powerful and precisely timed window for a much-needed fresh start.
