As I’m reading through various highlights and predictions of what 2024 holds, I notice so much of it is focused on AI and its impact. Of course, AI will be game changing. Technology often drives advancement and societal change.  But I challenge the notion that AI will be the most game changing factor this year. Here’s what I think will be the most important thing in 2024: people taking action. In 2024, more than half the world’s population will vote.

Just as we approach a new year with a fresh perspective, I believe we should approach MLK Day with a fresh perspective and ensure that we are reframing equity in days of service.
