Just in: Delaware Judge Eric M. Davis has denied Newsmax's motion for summary judgement in the lawsuit filed against it by Dominion Voting Systems over its 2020 election coverage. He granted in part and denied in part Dominion's motions, which means we will still have a trial.

Update: Lawyers for the Trump administration just filed an appeal of the judge’s ruling in the AP case. The judge had stayed his ruling overturning the access ban for 5 days to give the White House the opportunity to do this. Yesterday’s story: https://t.co/hXw2ZwL0dz
