    Staff reportBLOOMINGTON, Ind. — June 13, 2025 — One person was killed and another seriously injured Friday evening in a head-on collision on State Road 46, just east of Stinesville Road, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded to the scene at 5:18 p.m. and found two vehicles that had collided head-on in the roadway. One driver, a resident of Spencer, Indiana, was pronounced dead at the scene.
