The Coyote Safety Coalition is a group representing residents in the Liberty Village and Fort York areas. According to police in Pakistan, an unusually heavy night of artillery exchanges left at least four civilians dead and at least 12 others wounded late Thursday, in areas near the Line of Control that divides Kashmir.
