With just three weeks to go until a decision is made regarding Montrose Classical Academy’s charter school application, community members were given an opportunity Tuesday night to express both their support and opposition to the effort before the Montrose County School District Board of Education. Montrose Classical Academy, or MCA, has submitted an application to the school district to establish a charter school which would employ a classical education model.

When I walked into Dennis’ office the other day and he told me that Trump had named Matt Gaetz as his pick for attorney general, I thought he was joking. He assured me he wasn’t and I began to feel dizzy. This happens sometimes these days. I hear these things and I’m not sure if they’re real or if I’ve entered some sort of Bizarro-dimension. Matt Gaetz as attorney general? That’s just silly. Like a headline from The Onion.
