    WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) - Happy Easter! Clouds will be more common as Sunday goes along, with the next weather maker shifting into central and northern Wisconsin during the afternoon. Periods of rain with a chance of a thunderstorm Sunday night into early Monday morning. A First Alert Monday for rain showers, mixing with and changing to wet snow showers in parts of the Northwoods, along with gusty winds. The precipitation will wind down Monday afternoon.

In the wake of the cold front Monday morning, windy and cooler with a chance of rain/snow showers north. Snow showers will persist in the far north Monday night, while some flakes could fly in Central Wisconsin. Breezy and continued cool on Tuesday. The next opportunity for showers and perhaps a storm will be later Thursday into Friday.

The next weather maker will spark scattered showers on Sunday, with a chance of a storm on Sunday evening. In the wake of a cold front, winds will be whipping on Monday. A First Alert for gusts of 45 mph or higher, which could cause impacts on travel and isolated power outages. Brisk winds will persist into Tuesday.

Clouds are going to be common Saturday night into Sunday. Showers are possible at times on Sunday, with a chance of storms later in the day. A First Alert Monday for strong winds that could gust up to 45 mph. Cooler conditions early in the new work week, along with a few snow showers in the Northwoods Monday into Monday night.
