DiscussionWe conducted an external validation and comparison of five prognostic scores in a retrospective cohort of 2122 patients hospitalised at HUG with confirmed COVID-19 infection. Five scores were assessed: two general scores (qSOFA and SOFA) used at ICU, two respiratory scores (CURB-65 and ROX index) and a recently created COVID-19-specific score (4C).
