All surfers have their secret surf spots. Often, these spots require a surf trip. These trips are always fun and exciting, and occasionally come with very scary surprises. For Southern California surfers, many of these secret spots required ignoring "No Trespassing" private property or "Restricted Area" military base signs. For us surfers who lived close to the Mexican border, we could avoid these places by heading south into Northern Baja.
