"There’s one, I think within our sight right now," Mark Wagner of St. Augustine said as he launched his kayak into the Matanzas River Monday at the Doug Crane Park and Boat Ramp. He also owns a bigger boat. Abandoned boats left in the water are an issue for him and many other boaters. "It could be a very dangerous obstacle," Wagner said.
