Police say two children, ages 2 and 8, died in an apparent murder-suicide along with two adults Thursday night in Manassas Park. At 10:40 p.m., a homeowner called police to request a welfare check of his tenants, city police said in a news release. Officers arrived and made entry into a downstairs basement apartment, where they found two adults and the children with gunshot wounds, the release said.
