    Richard Holt, owner of Anglesey-based chocolatiers Mr Holt’s, is Marcus Wareing’s former head pastry chef and star of S4C’s pastry programme Yr Academi Felys (The Sweet Academy). He has run the chocolate factory and café at a former mill at Melin Llynon, near Llanddeusant. He has been crafting a popular Siocled – ‘chocolate ‘in Welsh – range of Welsh treats, along with a unique range of Anglesey-branded donuts – nicknamed monuts.

    A new break room at Gunner House depot was officially opened on Monday 28 April by Simon Weston CBE, TPE’s new mental health ambassador and includes a new gym kitted out with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing and bike machines, as well as weights. The refurbishment forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to improving the facilities available for staff across its network and more are due to be delivered later this year.
