The Heart Rhythm Society and American College of Cardiology (ACC) released a joint scientific statement in Heart Rhythm about same-day discharge (SDD) after intracardiac catheter ablation. In the last 40 years, cardiac electrophysiology interventions have evolved, allowing for more patients to be eligible for treatment.
