The outdoor clothing retailer will shutter its Kent distribution facility in August, the company confirmed Friday. Seattle-based outdoor clothing retailer Filson will shut down its Kent distribution facility Aug. 29, the company confirmed Friday. Thirty-five workers will be laid off due to the closure, according to a company spokesperson. The 228,055-square-foot facility at 6111 S. 228th St. was acquired by Bridge Industrial for $44.3 million in December. Filson is one of multiple tenants.
